Role Description The Operation Head role is a full-time, on-site position based at Rungta Hospital in Jaipur.

The Operation

Head will oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical departments, optimal patient flow, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with medical, nursing, and administrative teams, monitoring resource utilization,



and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience. The role involves managing budgets, supervising support services such as laboratory, imaging, and physiotherapy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

The Operation

Head will also lead staff development initiatives, resolve operational issues, and support senior leadership in strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and hospital administration.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficient Team Management capabilities to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration.
- Effective Communication skills for clear interaction with medical staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
- Budgeting and financial oversight skills to manage costs, allocate resources, and support sustainable growth.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare operations leadership, preferably in a multi-speciality setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, regulatory requirements, and patient safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle complex situations, and make timely decisions.
