Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure smooth, effective, and patient-focused services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily hospital operations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, pharmacy, laboratory, billing, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experience.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure proper implementation of hospital SOPs and policies.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and operational costs.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Monitor department-wise performance and prepare regular reports.
- Handle patient complaints and operational issues effectively.
- Ensure adequate manpower and coordinate with HR for recruitment and staffing requirements.
- Conduct regular department reviews and follow up on pending issues.
- Ensure proper maintenance of facilities, equipment, and hospital infrastructure.
- Coordinate with management for implementing operational and business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital quality and safety standards.
- Support marketing and business development activities to improve patient footfall and conversions.
