About the Role:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and support smooth order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process orders from Website, Amazon, Meesho and Flipkart.

Coordinate with warehouse for packing and dispatch.

Track shipments. -Handle returns and replacements.

Update inventory and order records.

Coordinate with logistics partners.

Execute routine marketplace and website tasks.

Escalate fulfilment issues to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

2–3 years of order management experience, preferably in e-commerce.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce,

Business Administration, Operations,

Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Experience with Unicommerce/EasyEcom preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel/Google Sheets.

Solid organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.

Experience with Amazon, Flipkart and Unicommerce/EasyEcom preferred.
