Web Consultant – Night Shift
Shift: Night Shift | Process: International Website Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist international customers through website chat, calls, and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into sales.
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Sales/customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a night shift and handling international customers.
- Positive computer and internet skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Experience: 0–3 years Location: Salt Lake, Sector - 5
Salary: 15000-25000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
