- Handle online sales inquiries related to diamonds and diamond jewellery. Communicate with domestic and international clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other online platforms. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamonds/products. Prepare and share product details, quotations, images, videos, and certifications with clients. Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, orders, and delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, sales, and follow-ups. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 2–3 years of experience in Online Diamond Sales or a relevant diamond sales role. • Graduation in any discipline. • Good knowledge of diamonds and the diamond industry. • Fluent English communication skills are mandatory, both verbal and written.



• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. • Comfortable communicating with international clients. • Valuable knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and online sales platforms. • Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
