Profile: Endorsement & Cancellation Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Handle motor insurance quotations, including offline quotations and generation of quotation links.
- Generate and manage quotations through multiple insurance company portals.
- Process endorsements such as customer/vehicle details, add-ons, hypothecation and other policy corrections.
- Coordinate with insurers for endorsement approval and policy issuance.
- Handle motor policy cancellation requests, including documentation, processing and follow-ups.
- Download, verify and share policy/endorsement documents with the concerned teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies to resolve queries and ensure TAT compliance.
- Maintain accuracy in data entry, documentation and portal transactions.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Motor Insurance Operations.
- Experience in quotation, endorsement, cancellation and policy issuance.
- Comfortable working on multiple insurance company portals.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work within defined TAT.

Experience 1–4 years of experience in Motor Insurance Operations, Broking, Policy Servicing or General Insurance.

Education

Graduate in any discipline.
