About the Role:

RCM Bharat is looking for a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate patient care, assisting in medical procedures, and ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and standard nursing protocols
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition; report any changes promptly to the attending physician
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and minor surgical interventions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, charts, and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, medication schedules, and health management
- Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in line with infection control standards
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care




- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first-line critical care as required
- Maintain and manage inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and medications on the ward/unit
- Adhere to all statutory, regulatory, and hospital compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) diploma from a recognized institution
- UPMC (Staff Nurse) Certificate -mandatory
- Valid Nursing Council Registration (State/Central Nursing Council)

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical/hospital experience as a Staff Nurse
- Experience in general ward / ICU / OT / emergency / specialty unit will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies:

- Solid clinical and patient-care skills with sound knowledge of nursing procedures
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment
- Strong sense of empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments
- Basic computer literacy for maintaining digital patient records (preferred)
