Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, focused on gathering and documenting non-functional requirements for enterprise IT solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to identify performance, scalability, security, usability, reliability, and compliance requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting requirement workshops and interviews, analyzing existing business processes and systems, creating clear specifications and acceptance criteria, and supporting design and implementation teams to ensure non-functional needs are addressed.

The role also includes collaborating on integration scenarios, supporting functional and non-functional testing efforts,



and tracking issues and risks related to system quality. The individual will contribute to continuous improvement of requirement-gathering practices and help maintain alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex business and technical information, identify gaps, and define measurable non-functional requirements.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and produce clear documentation and presentations.
- Understanding of business processes and enterprise workflows, with experience mapping how non-functional requirements impact operations and user experience.
- Experience with functional testing and exposure to non-functional testing (e.g., performance, load, security, reliability) to validate that requirements are met.
- Knowledge of integration concepts and interfaces between systems, including APIs, data flows, and dependencies relevant to non-functional behavior.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and requirement management tools or platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, structured documentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Experience in enterprise IT, cloud-based solutions, or virtualization technologies is an advantage.
