? We’re Hiring | New Product Development (NPD) Executive
Dermalist — a premium skincare, haircare & bodycare brand — is looking for an experienced NPD Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai (On-site).

? What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to commercial launch
- Research emerging beauty trends, ingredients, formulations & packaging
- Coordinate with manufacturers, labs, suppliers & packaging vendors
- Manage sampling, testing, trials and formulation approvals
- Conduct competitor research, market visits and consumer research
- Work closely with Marketing, Design, Regulatory, QA, Procurement & Production teams
- Manage product costing, documentation, timelines and development reports
- Travel regularly for factory visits, vendor meetings, exhibitions and sourcing activities
? What We’re Looking For
• 3–4 years of NPD experience in skincare, beauty, personal care or cosmetics
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Marketing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulations, packaging & manufacturing processes
- Experience working with third-party manufacturers and suppliers
- Solid project and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience with an established skincare/beauty/personal care brand will be a strong advantage.
? Location: Mumbai | On-site
✈️ Travel: Frequent domestic travel + occasional international travel
