Job Summary

Layots Technologies is looking for a skilled Network & Support Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for network implementation, troubleshooting, infrastructure support, server administration, and customer support.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in networking, firewalls, Windows/Linux environments, and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks.
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Install, configure, and manage network firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.




- Provide L1/L2 technical support for network and infrastructure-related issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routing, and switching issues.
- Support Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic server administration.
- Provide support for VMware / Hyper-V environments.
- Assist with server, storage, backup, and infrastructure deployments.
- Handle customer technical issues and escalations.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform onsite/remote troubleshooting and technical support.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration details, and service reports.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
