Network & IT Support Engineer Intern

At Wisdom Square, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys infrastructure servers, VPNs, networks that just work. If you'd rather diagnose why a connection dropped than scroll Instagram, we should talk.

We care less about your rsum and more about what you've actually done with your hands. Home lab, self-hosted setups, a VPN you configured, a network you mapped that's the good stuff. Show us.

What You'll Be Doing

- Keep servers running Setup, monitoring, maintenance, and uptime
- Own connectivity Administer VPN access, network config, firewalls, and basic security hygiene
- Support the office – Hardware, accounts, access, and day-to-day troubleshooting
- Document everything – Keep asset, access, and network records clean

What We're Looking For

- Passion for infra:You like tinkering — home labs, self-hosted projects, networking experiments.



Tell us what you've set up.
- Fundamentals: Solid grasp of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
- OS comfort: Windows and Linux server basics
- Mindset Calm, methodical troubleshooter who enjoys figuring out why something broke
- Service attitude: You'll be the person people come to — and you're good with that
- Bonus: CCNA-level concepts, CompTIA Network+/Security+, scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python), cloud exposure
