With world-class infrastructure, strong mentorship, and real-time feedback, our teams work at the intersection of technology, mathematics, and quantitative finance. /n About the Role /n We are looking for a Network Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain high-performance, low-latency networks across our data centers, colocation facilities, and office environments. /n You will work closely with Systems, Infrastructure, and Trading teams to ensure network reliability, security, and performance in a demanding production environment.

The role offers an opportunity to work on sophisticated networking infrastructure where performance, resilience, and automation are critical. /n What You'll Do /n /n

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance, availability, and reliability.

/n

- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS solutions.

/n

- Provide hands-on network support for production environments, including colocation, trading, office, and data center infrastructure.

/n

- Develop and implement network automation to deploy and update configurations across multiple infrastructure devices.

/n

- Administer and support firewall environments, including security policies and configurations.

/n

- Plan and execute network equipment upgrades and firmware updates.

/n





- Provide hands-on technical support for Linux systems and networking in live production and trading environments.

/n

- Troubleshoot networking issues across Linux-based servers and infrastructure.

/n

- Work with multicast networking, including PIM, IGMP, and related protocols.

/n

- Support Linux server infrastructure, including hardware changes, software installations, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

/n

- Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and trading teams to deliver reliable, low-latency network solutions.

/n /n What We're Looking For /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

/n

- 2–7 years of relevant experience in network engineering or infrastructure.

/n

- CCNP certification preferred.

/n

- Solid hands-on experience with routing and switching, including VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, Layer 3 networking, BGP, static routing, and dynamic routing protocols.

/n

- Strong knowledge of firewalls and network security.

/n

- Experience with IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, and Site-to-Site VPNs.

/n

- Hands-on experience with firewalls such as Cisco ASA and Palo Alto.

/n

- Good understanding of Linux networking and administration.

/n

- Working knowledge of Shell and/or Python scripting.

/n

- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools; exposure to financial or trading environments is a plus.

/n

- Exposure to AWS/cloud networking is an advantage.

/n

- Ability to configure and support server hardware.

/n

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure production environments.

/n

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
