About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting suitable matches to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of industry trends, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably within the technology, finance, or consulting sectors. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing, client management, and meeting recruitment targets is highly desirable. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools is required.

Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Utilize data-driven insights to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.





Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
