We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Manager to manage and support the IT infrastructure and networking operations of a large-scale Online Examination Centre. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of servers, LAN, internet connectivity, examination systems, and related IT infrastructure during examination operations.

The role requires robust troubleshooting skills, coordination with technical teams, and the ability to handle critical IT operations in a secure examination environment.

Key Responsibilities

IT & Network Management

- Manage and monitor the examination centres IT infrastructure and network operations.

- Ensure smooth functioning of

- LAN connectivity

- Internet connectivity

- Servers

- Firewall and network security

- CCTV network connectivity

- Examination systems and software

System Monitoring & Troubleshooting

- Monitor system health and network performance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during examinations.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for issue resolution.

Exam Support

- Ensure all examination systems are fully operational before exam sessions.
- Provide technical support during mock tests and live examinations.
- Assist in candidate system readiness and operational checks.

Infrastructure Maintenance

- Manage server room operations, switches, routers, UPS systems, and backup connectivity.




- Ensure proper maintenance and uptime of IT equipment and systems.

Security & Compliance

- Follow IT security protocols and examination compliance requirements.
- Support implementation of firewall, access control, biometric systems, and surveillance infrastructure.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain logs for incidents, downtime, and technical support activities.
- Prepare technical status reports and escalation reports when required.

Required Qualifications

- BE / BTech in Computer Science / IT / Electronics

OR

- MCA

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in:

- Network management

- IT infrastructure support

- Server administration

- Technical troubleshooting

- LAN/WAN operations

Experience in examination centres, training centres, or government IT projects will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, switches, routers, firewalls)
- Server and system troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of hardware and IT infrastructure
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work during critical examination operations
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CBT / Online Examination systems
- Knowledge of firewall and network security
- Experience handling CCTV and surveillance network setup
