Senior Network Manager / AVP Network Operations

Experience: 8–18 Years

Shift: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Days

- 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Network Operations professional who can take ownership of network operations, troubleshooting, critical incident resolution, and network enhancements. The ideal candidate should have a strong mix of network operations and implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor overall network health and ensure maximum network efficiency.
- Handle network operations, troubleshooting, incidents, and critical issues.
- Take end-to-end ownership of critical network issues until resolution.
- Handle user requests and provide timely technical support.
- Participate in ad-hoc network enhancements and implementations.
- Perform network tuning, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure smooth and stable network operations with minimum downtime.
- Work effectively under pressure during urgent and critical incidents.

Mandatory Skills




- Robust knowledge of Cisco Routing
- Experience with Aruba Switching / Cisco Nexus
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
- Strong IP Networking and Internet Technologies knowledge
- Excellent network troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred / SME Skills Candidates with expertise in any of the following areas are preferred:
- Aruba Wireless & Aruba ClearPass
- Aruba SD-WAN
- Cisco ACI
- F5 Load Balancer
- Zscaler / Netskope Proxy
- Cisco Nexus ACI
- Network Security platforms
- NSX

Additional Skills
- Working knowledge of UNIX, Linux and Windows
- Knowledge of SNMP and Microsoft Active Directory
- CCNP / CCIE certification would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused approach with a strong service mindset
- Ability to remain calm and effective while handling critical/urgent issuesRole & responsibilities
