Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator L2+ to manage, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in network operations, troubleshooting, security administration, and firewall management. Experience with Fortinet technologies (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, etc.) is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, VPNs, and network services.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve connectivity, latency, and hardware-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide Level 2 support for network incidents and escalations.
- Manage user access, network permissions, and authentication systems.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of network and security solutions.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, configurations, SOPs, and change records.
- Conduct regular network health checks, backups, firmware upgrades, and disaster recovery preparedness activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and service management.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, network expansions, security enhancements, and technology upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies,



compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies, cybersecurity trends, and product advancements.

Additional Requirements
- Experience managing enterprise-grade firewalls and network security solutions.

- Knowledge of VPN technologies, High Availability (HA), and network monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Network Administration and Support.
