Essential Skills: Typical Day in the RoleBuild| operate| and maintain backend services using C#/.NET.Design and author agentic loops to automate developer and DevOps tasks| reducing operational overhead across the platform.Own security improvements| compliance remediation| and ongoing platform maintenance.Monitor and act on security| compliance| and governance signals| addressing policy drift and systemic issues.Design and execute safe production deployments.Troubleshoot live-site issues| perform root cause analysis| and implement durable fixes.Ideal Background of the Candidate36 years of experience building and operating backend services on Azure.Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET in cloud environments.Experience owning security| compliance| and reliability work for production systems.Experience operating services end-to-end| including deployment and live-site support.Familiarity with ARM templates or similar infrastructure-as-code approaches.Must-Have Skills8+ years of experience in:Solid C#/.NET backend developmentStrong coding skillsPowerShell or scripting for automationStrong knowledge of Azure services used for compute| monitoring| security| and compliance.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps| ARM templates| and Ev2.Proven ability to reduce operational toil through automation| tooling| and intelligent workflows.
