About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced .NET Developer / Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune or Bangalore. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 6 to 11 years of experience in software development, particularly in building robust applications using the .NET framework and .NET Core.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, industry-standard design patterns, and software development methodologies. Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with industry-standard design patterns and principles such as SOLID.

- Experience in developing reusable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Proficiency in writing and maintaining comprehensive unit tests using frameworks like xUnit and Moq.
- Ability to perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of application performance optimization and scalability techniques.
