We are looking for an experienced, skilled and passionate Nepali Cook/Chef to join our upcoming food café in Patna, Bihar.

We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of authentic Nepali taste, momo preparation and café-style quick food, and who can take responsibility for maintaining consistent food quality.

?‍? Position: Nepali Cook / Chef

? Location: Patna, Bihar

? Salary: Negotiable based on experience, skills & performance

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Prepare authentic Momo, Jhol Momo & different momo varieties

- Prepare Wai Wai, Chowmein & Nepali-style noodles
- Prepare Kathi Chicken Roll, Veg Roll & other rolls
- Prepare sauces, chutneys, fillings, marinades and other accompaniments
- Maintain authentic Nepali flavours and consistent taste
- Maintain proper portion size, presentation and food quality
- Handle daily kitchen preparation and cooking operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage kitchen ingredients and minimize unnecessary wastage
- Ensure proper storage and freshness of ingredients
- Maintain consistency in taste during high customer volume
- Suggest new dishes, flavours and menu ideas




- Coordinate with the owner/management regarding kitchen requirements
- Help establish standard recipes and cooking procedures for the café

✅ Highly skilled in making Momo & Jhol Momo

✅ Familiar with Nepali snacks and fast-food preparation

✅ Able to maintain the same taste and quality every day

✅ Clean, hygienic, disciplined and hardworking

✅ Responsible for kitchen operations and ingredient management

✅ Creative and willing to introduce new food items

✅ Comfortable working in a busy café environment

✅ Restaurant/café experience will be an advantage
