Role & responsibilities

- Develop optimized NC programs for new products.

- Use best-in-class machining methods and cutting tools.

- Prepare tool setup sheets and standardize machining processes.

- Support process planning and cutting tool selection for recent products.

- Ensure timely delivery of NC programs.

- Minimize/ensure zero non-conformance arising from cutting strategies.

- Support system and process audits with zero compliance issues.

- Apply zero-defect manufacturing methodologies

Preferred candidate profile

- Engineering graduate or equivalent.

- Strong experience in Siemens NX CAD/CAM / NX CAM.

- Hands-on experience in Vericut simulation.

- Experience in aerospace engine component machining preferred.

- Knowledge of 5-axis machining.

- Experience in post-processing for 5-axis, mill-turn and turn-mill machines preferred.

- CNC controller knowledge: Fanuc / Siemens.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
