- Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust relational database systems.

- Database Development: Write and optimize clean, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and user-defined functions.

- Schema Design: Assist in designing scalable database architectures, establishing entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), and creating logical/physical schemas.

- Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks by analysing execution plans, optimizing slow queries, and designing effective indexing strategies.

- Data Migration & ETL: Develop script routines for data integration, data transformation, and data warehousing needs. Partner with backend engineers to integrate databases with web or mobile applications via REST APIs.

- Data Integrity & Maintenance: Perform routine database maintenance checks, implement data backup/restore processes, and enforce data security standards.

Required Technical Skills Core Database:





- Minimum 2+ years of solid experience working with MySQL environments.

- SQL Language: Advanced proficiency in writing standard SQL, complex Joins, Sub queries, and Data Manipulation Language (DML) / Data Definition Language (DDL).

- Optimization: Strong understanding of query optimization, indexing (B-Tree, Full-text), and analysing EXPLAIN statements.

- Basic Administration: Familiarity with user privileges, database security practices, and handling database backups/restores.

- Tools: Hands-on experience with database management tools like MySQL Workbench, DBeaver, or phpMyAdmin.
