Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Motorcycle Sales Consultant to join our automotive dealership in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their motorcycle requirements, explaining product features and specifications, coordinating test rides, and supporting the sales process from enquiry to purchase.

This role is well-suited for fresh graduates who have strong communication skills, an interest in motorcycles, and a passion for building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable motorcycle models.
- Explain motorcycle features, specifications, performance, pricing, and available variants.
- Provide information about financing, EMI options, and other purchase-related services.
- Coordinate and supervise customer test rides while ensuring safety procedures are followed.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries,



follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and support them throughout the purchase journey.
- Work towards achieving individual and showroom-level sales targets.
- Stay updated on new motorcycle models, features, offers, and competitor products.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in motorcycles and the automotive industry.
- Basic technical understanding of two-wheelers.
- Customer-focused approach with good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing and EMI options will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a showroom workplace and handling sales targets.
