Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media content, websites, and marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, developing storyboards, designing graphics, and producing high-quality motion design assets aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with graphic designers, marketers,



and web developers to ensure cohesive visual communication across platforms.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will also optimize files for various formats, maintain organized project assets, and stay current with design and motion trends to continually improve output quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills, with experience creating animated content for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic editing, compositing, and familiarity with common video formats and workflows.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with proficiency in visual layout, typography, color, and brand-focused design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into explicit visual concepts, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an agency or design consultancy environment, especially in digital and social media content creation, is an advantage.
