Position: Monitoring Tools Engineer /n Location: India (Chennai or Pune or remote) /n Hours: typically 11am-8pm IST (need some flexibility) /n On Site/Remote: 2-3 days on site if in Pune or Chennai, with remote options available /n Interview process: 1 round /n Start Date: ASAP /n : /n We are seeking a Senior Monitoring & Network Observability Engineer to lead the design, implementation, administration, and optimisation of enterprise monitoring solutions across a large-scale, highly available setting on behalf of a top financial services client. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for monitoring and observability platforms, ensuring visibility, resiliency, and performance across network, infrastructure, application, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as SolarWinds, NetScout, ThousandEyes, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Forward Networks, or similar technologies, along with experience supporting upgrades, integrations, automation,



and platform enhancements within complex enterprise environments. /n Must Haves: /n /n

- 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise monitoring, observability, or network performance management environments.

/n

- Hands-on experience administering and supporting monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds, NetScout, ThousandEyes, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.

/n

- Experience designing, implementing, customising, and maintaining highly available monitoring solutions across large enterprise environments.

/n

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills, with familiarity in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting/automation technologies.
