As a Modernization Engineer, a typical day involves designing and validating innovative hosting solutions that are both agile and cost-efficient. The role focuses on creating scalable and high-performance environments tailored to support contemporary corporate and digital applications. This includes working with a blend of private and public cloud technologies to transform and migrate legacy infrastructure, enabling the organization to achieve advanced business objectives and future-ready operations.

The position requires continuous collaboration and adaptation to evolving technology landscapes to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in hosting infrastructure to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align modernization strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies related to hosting solutions.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure transformation and migration methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable hosting environments that support digital applications.
- Familiarity with both private and public cloud ecosystems and their integration.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing legacy infrastructure for up-to-date business needs.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our HDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
