About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Mobile App Developer to join our team and take a key role in developing, launching, and maintaining our company's mobile application.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work closely with management, designers, backend developers, and other team members to convert business requirements into a reliable, user-friendly mobile application.

The candidate will be involved throughout the complete app development lifecycle — from planning and development to testing, deployment, app-store launch, updates, and ongoing maintenance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. App Development

- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and scalable app interfaces.
- Convert business and product requirements into functional app features.
- Implement new features, improvements, and integrations.
- Ensure the application performs reliably across different devices and screen sizes.

1. App Launch & Deployment

- Prepare the application for production release.
- Manage app builds, release versions, and deployment processes.
- Coordinate the submission and publishing process on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, where applicable.
- Resolve issues identified during the app-store review process.
- Support the team during the initial launch and post-launch period.

1. Backend & API Integration

- Integrate the mobile application with backend systems and APIs.
- Work with backend developers to ensure smooth data flow between the app and server.
- Handle authentication, user accounts, notifications, payments, databases, and other required integrations.
- Troubleshoot API and integration-related issues.

1. Testing & Quality Assurance

- Perform functional, usability, and performance testing.
- Identify, troubleshoot,



and fix bugs before and after launch.
- Ensure the application is stable, secure, and reliable.
- Work with the QA team to resolve reported issues.
- Conduct regression testing whenever new features or updates are released.

1. Performance & Security

- Optimize app speed, responsiveness, battery usage, and overall performance.
- Follow secure coding practices.
- Protect user information and application data.
- Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
- Ensure the application follows relevant platform requirements and technical best practices.

1. Maintenance & Updates

- Monitor the application after launch.
- Fix technical issues reported by users or internal teams.
- Release regular updates, improvements, and bug fixes.
- Maintain compatibility with new Android/iOS versions and devices.
- Analyze technical issues and implement long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes.

1. Collaboration

- Work closely with the management/product team to understand business requirements.
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers to implement designs accurately.
- Work with backend developers, QA testers, and other technology team members.
- Provide realistic timelines and technical estimates for development tasks.
- Communicate development progress, challenges, and project requirements clearly.

1. Documentation & Technical Ownership

- Maintain clean, readable, and well-structured code.
- Maintain technical documentation for important features and integrations.
- Follow proper version-control practices using Git or equivalent tools.
- Maintain development, testing, and production environments.
- Take ownership of assigned modules and deliverables.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in mobile application development.




- Good understanding of Android and/or iOS app development.
- Experience with one or more relevant technologies such as:
- Flutter
- React Native
- Kotlin
- Java
- Swift
- SwiftUI
- Robust knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems.
- Understanding of databases and backend integration.
- Knowledge of mobile app testing and debugging.
- Understanding of app deployment and release processes.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience launching an application from development to production.
- Experience with Google Play Console and/or Apple App Store Connect.
- Experience with Firebase or similar services.
- Experience with push notifications.
- Experience integrating payment gateways.
- Experience with analytics and crash-reporting tools.
- Understanding of cloud services and backend architecture.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Ability to independently manage development tasks and meet deadlines.
