Role & responsibilities

- We are looking for an experienced internal auditor (9+ years of overall experience) with relevant qualifications and demonstrable experience in multi-stakeholder environments, incl. exposure to C-level, board level audiences and matrix structures.
- The suitable candidate should have prior financial services internal audit experience, preferably in banks, payment processing set ups or fintechs; at the same time you understand the expectations of working in an entrepreneurial setting
- You clearly understand risk from multiple angles (360 degree view): from operational to financial risk, from regulatory to technology risk, from security to data privacy to compliance and financial crime related risks
- You should have a passion for the role and have a credible ambition to enable a successful journey for Mindgate by providing senior management and the board / board audit committee with assurance and advice on the adequacy of the business.
