Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement MS Dynamics CRM / D365 CRM solutions, including architecture, configuration, and extensibility.
- Work extensively with D365 Out-of-the-Box (OOB) functionalities and customize the platform based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Plugins using .NET/C#.
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript.
- Configure and develop solutions using Power Apps, including Canvas Apps.
- Work with Microsoft Dataverse for data modelling, configuration, and integration.
- Build and maintain business workflows and automation using Power Automate.
- Analyze and resolve application issues through effective troubleshooting and debugging.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers,



and business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
- Participate in enhancements, maintenance, and production support activities.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Good knowledge of D365 OOB functionality, configuration, customization, and extensibility.
- Hands-on experience with Plugins, .NET/C#, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Positive understanding of CRM architecture and development best practices.
