Role Description The MICE Sales role at Travy Fellows is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role is responsible for generating and managing MICE-related business, including meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. Day-to-day activities include identifying and pursuing new corporate clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and preparing tailored proposals and presentations.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to design travel and event solutions, negotiating contracts and pricing,



and ensuring smooth handover to operations for successful execution. The MICE Sales qualified also tracks sales performance, maintains detailed records in CRM tools, and provides regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and close deals.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to guide clients and team members on MICE products, processes, and best practices.
- Relevant experience in MICE, corporate travel, or event management sales is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office tools, and basic reporting and analytics is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
