- Min 1 year of experience in handling Digital Marketing Campaigns (Meta Ads)

- Strong knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, lead generation and conversion campaigns

- Experience with campaign optimization, budget management and performance analysis

- Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events & Conversions API

- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversions

- Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube) is required

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an advantage

- Ability to prepare campaign reports and provide actionable insights

- Good understanding of creatives, ad copy and landing-page performance

- Solid analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience managing campaigns for multiple clients will be an added advantage
