- Handle the complete merchandising process from product development to final order execution.

- Coordinate with design, sampling, sourcing, production and vendors.

- Follow up on sampling, approvals, fabric, trims and accessories.

- Prepare and maintain T&A;, order sheets and production follow-up reports.

- Ensure samples are developed as per approved design, measurements, specifications and quality standards.

- Coordinate with vendors/factories for timely sample and production updates.

- Track order status and ensure timely delivery as per committed timelines.

- Communicate buyer/design requirements clearly to the concerned teams and vendors.

- Resolve day-to-day issues related to sampling, production, quality and delivery.





- Maintain proper documentation and records of orders, samples and approvals.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers and production units to ensure smooth execution.

- Assist in costing, consumption, fabric/trims planning and order negotiation as required.

- Monitor quality and ensure products meet the required specifications and finishing standards.

- Support the team in market, product and competitor research when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
