Job Summary:

- We are seeking a skilled Senior MEP Execution Engineer (Electrical) to manage and execute electrical and allied MEP works for residential projects, particularly in Mivan/Aluform construction environments.

- The role involves coordination, quality control, and timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and monitor electrical works including wiring, conduits, DBs, lighting, earthing, and power systems.

- Coordinate with civil, finishing, plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC teams for integrated execution.

- Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Handle contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely completion of works.

- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and snag closure.

- Maintain site documentation, BOQs, measurements, and work completion reports.





- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.

- Support project handover and final commissioning activities.

- Should handle multiple projects.

Qualification & Experience:

- BE Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

- 8-10 years of experience in residential projects.

- Hands-on experience in Mivan/Aluform construction is mandatory.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems in residential buildings.

- Positive understanding of coordination drawings and site execution.

- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
