Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete MEP project execution from planning to handover.
- Lead Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works.
- Manage project schedule, manpower, cost, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review drawings, BOQ/BOM, and technical specifications.
- Manage testing, commissioning and project handover.
