Role Description

This full time, on-site MEP Project Manager role is based in Gurugram. The MEP Project Manager oversees planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for warehouse and retail infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, reviewing and approving technical submittals, coordinating with internal engineering teams, vendors, and clients, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards. The role involves regular site supervision, resolving technical issues, monitoring contractor performance, and preparing progress reports and documentation. The MEP Project Manager also supports design reviews, value engineering,



and continuous process improvements to optimize project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge, including hands-on experience with plumbing systems and related building services.
- Candidates should possess solid project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and documentation of project activities.
- Candidates should possess budgeting and cost control skills to manage estimates, track expenses, and support financial reporting for projects.
- Candidates should possess experience with technical submittals, including reviewing drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material approvals.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or MEP are an advantage.
- Experience in warehouse, industrial, or retail infrastructure projects, preferably with HVAC, fire safety, and low-voltage systems integration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Proficiency in project management and design tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD or similar), and familiarity with applicable codes and standards.
