Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, install, test, and maintain MEP systems in residential buildings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations for fire fighting, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to identify issues related to MEP systems and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of MEP design principles for residential buildings.
- Proficiency in working with various types of materials used in MEP installations.
- Experience with fire fighting systems, including installation, testing, and maintenance.
