Education Requirement B.E CIVIL/ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL
Work Experience 5 to 7 years of experience in high rise residential project.
Language skills Hindi,English
Design & Specification: Develop detailed design drawings for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, including load calculations and material selection.
- Coordination: Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design and project schedule.
• Compliance:
Ensure all MEP systems comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Installation Oversight: Supervise the installation of MEP components on-site, ensuring proper execution and adherence to design specifications
. • Testing & Commissioning: Manage and oversee the testing and commissioning of installed systems to verify functionality and performance.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems during the design and construction phases.
