Ø Analyzing the tender documents carefully to identify any information omissions, discrepancies in the drawings, equipment schedules, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to prepare the RFI to the consultant or client.

Ø Preparing the MEP BOQ based on scope, drawings, supplier quotes and Material rates etc.

Ø Making the apple to apple compression of the vendors for swimming pool, Home automation and other systems of MEP.

Ø knowledge about ID related MEP works like Wiring devices, sanitary ware, Lighting & Home Automation, analyzing the cost impact of all PS items.

Ø Submission of more complicated VO especially for electrical switches and sockets, lights and home automation with proper markup drawings, measurement sheets and contract clauses.

Ø Attending all the site visits to understand the existing conditions of project.

Ø Preparation of value engineering proposal for cost saving.

Ø Make Requests for Information (RFIs) and send them to the consultant or client to address any queries needed in order to prepare the project proposal.

Ø Make sure to follow up on the RFIs that have been submitted and receive any necessary additional documentation
