We are looking for a strong English communicator to manage and support US-based Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Medtechs. The Medtech Buddy will ensure NPs have the right tools, knowledge, training, and support to perform their work effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support assigned NPs on a daily basis.
Ensure NPs have the required tools, resources, and knowledge to perform their work.
Communicate professionally with US-based NPs and Medtechs.
Monitor NP performance, productivity, and quality.
Provide guidance, coaching, and timely support to NPs.
Follow up on work, resolve operational issues, and escalate concerns when required.
Help NPs improve their performance and maximize their incentives.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and people-management skills.
Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working with US-based healthcare professionals.
Willingness to work US rotational/night shifts.
Prior experience in healthcare operations, customer support, or team coordination is an advantage.
Incentive Structure The better the NP performs and earns incentives, the greater the incentive prospect for the Medtech Buddy.
