Company Profile: - ALL HERE is a Geneva, Switzerland-based organization that is being built on three pillars: meditation practice, science, and technology. It conducts research into meditation using tools such as EEG brainwave monitoring and develops meditation-related technologies and programs. The India operation will develop meditation programmes, challenges, retreats and research with teams including the University of Geneva, EPFL and SVYASA University

Job Summary

We seek a Meditation Research & Programme Associate with knowledge of traditional meditation and scientific research.

The candidate will organise programmes and retreats, coordinate participants, support data collection, maintain research records and work with international scientific teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and coordinate meditation challenges, retreats and programmes.

· Manage participants, schedules, communication and follow-up.

· Support meditation protocols, assessments and data collection.

· Maintain confidential records and prepare datasets and summaries.

· Coordinate with research institutions.

· Study Yoga and Buddhist meditation literature, especially the Patanjali Yoga Sutras.

· Support literature reviews and programme materials.

· Help develop structured programmes and standard operating procedures.

· Travel occasionally within India

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

· Postgraduate qualification in Yoga, Naturopathy, Yoga Therapy or a related discipline.

· Strong understanding of Yoga and Meditation.

· At least 1 year of experience in neuroscience, neurophysiology, brain-mapping or related research.

· Interest in meditation, consciousness and scientific research.

· Understanding of research methods and data collection.





· Interest in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Buddhist meditation literature.

· Good written and spoken English and Hindi.

· Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to travel

Desirable Skills & Competencies

· Experience with EEG, ECG, HRV, GSR or related measurements.

· Familiarity with neuroscience protocols and participants.

· Basic statistics and data management.

· Experience with Excel, Google Sheets and scientific literature.

· Retreat or structured-course experience.

· Sanskrit or Pali knowledge.

· Research writing or literature-review experience.

· Interest in VR, AI, biofeedback and immersive meditation technologies.

Personal Qualities

· Curious, organised and scientifically minded.

· Deeply interested in meditation.

· Comfortable with traditional texts and modern research.

· Detail-oriented and dependable.

· Comfortable working with scientists, practitioners and participants.

· Open to technology and unconventional approaches. Other Requirements

· Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
