Field Sales Representative Endoscopy Accessories

Great Opportunity in Medical Devices Industry

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of Endoscopy Accessories and Medical Devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell endoscopy accessories and medical devices to hospitals, doctors, gastroenterologists, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, purchase departments, and distributors.
- Conduct regular hospital visits, product demonstrations, and customer follow-ups.
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, and orders.
- Coordinate with hospitals and internal teams for smooth order execution and product delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer visit records.
- Follow up for timely payments and outstanding collections.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline; Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Healthcare background preferred.
- Experience in medical devices, endoscopy, surgical products, or hospital sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
