About the Role:

RCM Bharat Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a competent and compassionate Medical Officer to provide quality medical care, diagnosis, and treatment to patients. The role involves patient examination, clinical decision-making, and coordination with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients as per established clinical protocols and guidelines
- Prescribe appropriate medications, tests, and treatment plans based on patient condition
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records, case history, and treatment documentation
- Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and other departments for comprehensive patient care
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as required
- Conduct routine health check-ups, follow-ups, and patient counseling
- Ensure compliance with medical ethics, statutory regulations, and hospital/clinic protocols




- Refer patients to specialists or higher centers when required, with proper documentation
- Participate in health awareness programs, camps, or preventive care initiatives as needed
- Stay updated with current medical practices, guidelines, and continuing medical education (CME)
- Maintain infection control and hygiene standards within the facility

Required Qualifications:

- MBBS (or equivalent recognized medical degree) from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with the State Medical Council / Medical Council of India (MCI/NMC)

Skills & Competencies:

- Sound clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Solid decision-making ability, especially in emergencies
- Good communication skills for patient interaction and team coordination
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Compassionate, patient-centric approach with high ethical standards
- Basic computer literacy for maintaining digital medical records (preferred)
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
