About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Medical Devices Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of medical devices/equipment to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals across Bidar, Belgaum, and Gulbarga. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the healthcare/medical device industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships with doctors, distributors, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell medical devices/equipment to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and dealers in the region to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer queries, complaints,



and after-sales support in coordination with the service team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and customer interactions (daily/weekly reports).
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and new developments in the medical devices industry.
- Participate in medical conferences, camps, and exhibitions as required.

Key Requirements

Education

- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy/Bio-medical background preferred).
- Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field is an added advantage.

Experience
- 1–8 years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare-related sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel for reporting.
- Local language proficiency (Kannada/Hindi/Marathi) along with English preferred.

Other Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field travel).
- Willingness to relocate/travel within Bidar, Belgaum, and Gulbarga districts.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: 2.5 LPA – 6 LPA (based on skills and experience)
