Job Summary

We are looking for AR HB – Medical Claims Analysts / AR Callers with experience in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, medical claims, hospital billing, and/or physician billing.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing / AR
- Experience with HB (Hospital Billing) and PB (Physician Billing) preferred
- Candidates with relevant AR Calling / Voice Process experience are preferred

Job Details
- Location: Chennai
- Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 days a week
- Shift: US Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
- Cab Facility: Available

- Communication: Excellent English communication is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
- Handle AR calling and medical claims follow-up for US healthcare clients.
- Contact insurance companies and other relevant parties regarding outstanding claims.
- Follow up on claim status, denials, pending claims, and payment issues.
- Understand and work with Hospital Billing (HB) and Physician Billing (PB) processes.




- Identify claim-related issues and coordinate for appropriate resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of follow-up activities.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and process targets.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare process and client requirements.

Selection Process Round 1 – HR Interview

Round 2 – Assessment

- Logical Thinking – 50%
- Typing Test – 50%
- Voice & Accent Assessment – Minimum B1 Level
- Forensic Assessment – Minimum 70% Score

Round 3 – Operations Interview Depending on the candidate's profile and business requirements, an additional Operations Interview may be conducted with the Supervisor and Manager.
