Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform routine mechanical maintenance of machines and equipment.

- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Identify and rectify basic mechanical faults in machinery.

- Perform machine fitting, assembly, dismantling, and installation work.

- Check and replace bearings, shafts, belts, chains, couplings, and seals.

- Carry out basic alignment and lubrication of machines.

- Use basic fitting tools and measuring instruments safely.

- Read and understand basic mechanical drawings.

- Attend machine breakdowns and support quick fault rectification.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety in the maintenance area.

- Maintain basic maintenance and breakdown records.

- Support senior technicians/engineers in installation and commissioning activities.
