Mechanical AIT Operations

- Satellite Mechanical integration
- Subsystem Integration
- Payload integration
- MGSE operation

Environmental Test Support

- Preparing hardware for vibration, thermal-vacuum (TVAC), and acoustic testing — mounting to test fixtures, installing/removing red-tag items (covers, plugs)
- Post-test inspection support (torque checks, visual inspection for shift/damage)

Documentation Skills

Ability to

- Executing work per approved Assembly Procedures / Work Instructions
- Buy-off/sign-off at mandatory inspection points (MIPs) — often requiring QA witness (this is where your QA background intersects directly)
- Recording lot/serial numbers, torque values, and as-run deviations
- Raising or supporting Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when a build step deviates from spec

Software & Computer Skills
