Role & responsibilities

- Assist in production planning and shop-floor operations

- Work with CNC / VMC machines

- Read and understand engineering drawings

- Assist in quality inspection and process control

- Support tooling, fixtures and production problem-solving

- Monitor production and help achieve daily targets

- Maintain production records and reports

- Coordinate with production and quality teams

Preferred candidate profile

Education

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

- Freshers can be considered, preferably with a solid interest in manufacturing

Technical Knowledge

- Basic understanding of CNC and VMC machining

- Ability to read engineering drawings

- Knowledge of vernier, micrometer and other measuring instruments

- Basic understanding of cutting, drilling, milling, turning and machining processes

- Understanding of tolerances, dimensions and basic GD&T; is an advantage

- Basic knowledge of tooling and fixtures

- Basic MS Excel knowledge for production reports
