Preferred candidate profile

- Strong understanding of maintenance and inventory processes

- Hands-on SAP/ERP experience (mandatory)

- IBM Maximo experience preferred

- Strong communication, stakeholder Management, Project management, and training capabilities

- Willing to travel and support multiple manufacturing locations

- Positive understanding of indirect material management and inventory processes

- Ability to lead implementation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization

- Ability to effectively interact with plant leadership, corporate teams, IT teams, and external partners

- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
