About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Mathematics Junior Lecturer to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective Mathematics classes, strengthening students' conceptual understanding, conducting assessments and doubt-clearing sessions, and supporting students in Board and competitive examination preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and concept-oriented Mathematics lectures for Intermediate / Junior College students.
- Explain mathematical concepts, formulas, and problem-solving techniques in a clear and systematic manner.
- Cover key topics including Algebra, Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry, Calculus, Matrices & Determinants, Probability, Statistics, and Vector Algebra.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, worksheets, and question papers.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, revision classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Develop students' logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Train students to solve Board-level and competitive-exam-level Mathematics problems.
- Support preparation for Board Examinations, JEE and EAMCET, as applicable.
- Ensure timely and systematic syllabus completion according to the academic schedule.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual academic guidance.
- Identify learning gaps and conduct remedial and revision sessions.




- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the Academic Head and other faculty members regarding syllabus progress and student performance.
- Participate in faculty meetings, examinations, academic reviews, and institutional activities.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- M.Sc. Mathematics / M.A. Mathematics / equivalent qualification preferred.
- B.Sc. / B.Ed. candidates with strong Mathematics subject knowledge may also be considered.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills can apply.
- Prior teaching experience in Junior College, Intermediate, or competitive-exam coaching is an advantage.
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Candidates willing to relocate and stay on campus are preferred.
