About the Role

ETechDreams is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Sales Expert who can take ownership of marketing and sales growth for our tech SaaS product as well as contribute to the growth of our IT Sales business. We are looking for someone who has experience in taking a* product/business to market, generating leads, converting customers, and delivering measurable results.*

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for SaaS product.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and conversions.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline for ETechDreams' IT services.
- Create innovative, practical and result-oriented marketing campaigns.
- Explore new channels, partnerships and on-ground opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with leadership to define positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and eventually manage a small marketing & sales team.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Growth,



Product Marketing or Business Development.
- Proven experience in product marketing and/or B2B technology sales. Someone who has been part of a product's journey from market entry to growth.
- Robust communication, negotiation and customer-facing skills.
- Highly creative, entrepreneurial and hands-on.
- Strong execution mindset with a focus on leads, conversions and revenue.
- Ability to independently build processes and eventually build a team.

What Matters Most

We're not looking for someone who only knows how to plan marketing campaigns. We want someone who can think, create, execute, sell, experiment and deliver results. If you are someone who loves building something from scratch and making it grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
