Role Description This is a full-time, in office Marketing Representative role based in Gandhinagar.

The Marketing

Representative will promote Kayra Corporation’s construction chemical products to builders, contractors, architects, and channel partners, while supporting brand visibility and market penetration in the region. Daily responsibilities include visiting customers and project sites, presenting product benefits, gathering market intelligence, and identifying new business opportunities.



The role also involves coordinating with the sales team, conducting product demonstrations and basic training sessions, participating in local marketing activities, and ensuring accurate reporting of leads, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

The Marketing

Representative will work closely with internal teams to support customer service, resolve queries, and contribute to achieving sales and marketing targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build relationships, and support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive lead generation, convert prospects, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Sales & Marketing skills to execute promotional activities, support brand awareness, and align with business objectives.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver basic product orientations and demonstrations to customers and partners.
- Relevant experience in construction materials, building products, or B2B industrial marketing is beneficial.
- Ability to travel locally, plan field visits, and work independently with accountability for results is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field will be an advantage.
